Requirements to become a seller

• Be a producer, distributor, or retailer of Made in Italy products.
• Ensure compliance with European and Italian regulations related to the product.
• Provide quality products, with accurate and up-to-date images and descriptions.

How the seller program works

1. Expression of interest: write to info@tuduu.it for information and to start registration.
2. Product upload: enter the catalog directly on the platform, with an integrated multilingual translation system and custom filters.
3. Order and sales management: foreign buyer orders are managed through dedicated dashboards and sales reporting.
4. Support and compliance: our team assists with compliance with Google Ads policies, product feed quality, and online shop optimization.

Rules and regulations

• The seller is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of product information.
• Products must comply with current safety and advertising regulations.
• It is forbidden to upload counterfeit, non-compliant, or illegal products.
• The Platform reserves the right to suspend or remove sellers who do not comply with the rules or who generate negative reports.
• The seller authorizes the Platform management to use the uploaded content (descriptions, images) for promotional and SEO purposes.
• Specific terms of sale, payments, and returns are handled between seller and buyer, unless otherwise integrated.
