Pork tenderloin with beer is definitely a flavorful main course, perfect for those who love strongly flavored meat. It is also very simple to prepare, and even though the cooking time is a bit long, it requires no special attention. All that remains is for you to try it!
Pour some oil, garlic, rosemary, and sage into a pan and let them flavor the oil.
Add the tenderloin and over high heat brown it well on all sides.
Once browned, add salt and pepper, pour in the beer, and let the alcohol evaporate slightly.
Then lower the heat and cook for about 1 hour with the lid on, taking care to turn the meat over.
When the meat is cooked, remove it from the casserole dish, strain the cooking juices through a sieve, put them back in the pan, and increase the heat to reduce the sauce.
Cut the tenderloin into slices, arrange them on plates, and drizzle with the sauce obtained.
