A simple dessert full of flavor: ricotta and strawberry jam tart
Each product available on the platform is listed and sold by a partner seller identified on the product page. The platform acts as a metasearch/marketplace: it facilitates discovery and checkout, but the sale is made by the seller, who becomes responsible for the transaction.
Shipping is managed directly by the partner seller. The package is sent from the seller's warehouse or logistics network and handed over to the courier. This model enables more efficient deliveries and ensures that order management is handled by the party with actual availability of the product.
On the product page, you will find ingredients, allergens and nutritional information based on the data provided by the seller or producer, namely the official label. If you have allergies or intolerances, we recommend carefully checking the product page before purchasing and contacting the seller with any specific questions.
The platform was created to promote Italian food and make it more accessible. We select sellers in the food e-commerce sector with consistent catalogs and transparent information. Each product is associated with an identifiable seller and a complete information page: we want shopping here to mean buying with confidence.
Delivery times and costs depend on the seller and destination. At checkout, you will always find an updated delivery estimate before confirming payment. For international shipments, times may vary depending on the country and courier.
In a bowl, lightly beat the egg with the sugar until the latter has dissolved.
Add the sunflower seed oil, half a teaspoon of baking powder, the almond flour and mix well.
Finally, add the flour little by little until you have obtained a compact dough.
Wrap it in cling film and let it rest in the fridge for one hour.
Take the dough back and roll it out over a sheet of baking paper fairly thinly with the help of a rolling pin.
Move the shortcrust pastry together with the baking paper sheet directly onto the tart tin and trim away the excess edges.
Prick the surface with the tines of a fork.
Spread the ricotta over the surface and smooth it out well.
Then pour in the strawberry jam and smooth this out as well.
Using the rolling pin, roll out the leftover shortcrust pastry and cut out as many shapes as you like.
Decorate the tart with the shapes and bake at 180° for about 50 minutes.
Let it cool, then you can move the tart directly onto a plate using the baking paper.

I prepared the recipe for the Easter period, decorating the surface of the tart with Easter shapes, but it can be made simply with the classic strips or with the decoration you like best. It is an easy, quick dessert, filled with lots of unbeatable sweetness and flavor.
