
Water cacao cake, prepared without milk and without eggs, ideal for breakfast or snack. Recipe designed for cooking in an air fryer.
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, sugar, and baking powder.
Add the water and oil and mix until you get a smooth batter.
Pour the mixture into a lightly greased mold suitable for the air fryer.
Cook in the air fryer at 160°C for about 15 minutes.
Let it cool completely before unmolding and topping with the cocoa and hazelnut protein cream.
