Blend the corn flakes and biscuits together. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a bain-marie, mix them with the blended biscuits and corn flakes, and make the base in a 22 cm springform pan. Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes

Prepare the cream. In a saucepan, mix together the sugar, rice flour and limoncello. Pour in the hot milk a little at a time, trying not to form lumps.
Put on the heat and stir until the cream thickens.
Pour the cold milk cream over the biscuit base, decorate with fresh fruit. Dust with icing sugar
