Add the raisins soaked in hot water and squeezed dry.
Add all the other ingredients and knead until everything is well combined.
Pour the batter into the paper molds and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
6. Preheat the oven and bake the mini panettones for 30 minutes at 180°C.
Remove from the oven and decorate as desired.
7. Remove the mini panettones from the oven and let them cool completely before serving.
