Melt the butter in a saucepan until it turns amber.
Pour the butter into a bowl and add sugar, egg, bicarbonate of soda and sifted flour. Mix well.
Add the chopped chocolate and mix again.
Cover the mixture with cling film and let it rest in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Shape balls with an ice cream scoop and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool before moving and enjoying them.
