This beer was born - almost in irony - from our passion for beer. Together with Umbrian master brewers, we created a special project: combining the art of brewing with what best represents us, the olive tree, using its leaves, because nothing of the olive tree is wasted. Produced with water, barley malt, spelt, olive leaves, orange peels, yeast and hops, it is a raw, artisanal beer, golden and naturally unfiltered. On the palate it offers a unique balance between the softness of the cereals, the herbal notes of the olive leaves and the fresh citrus hints of the orange peels. Perfect in summer as an aperitif beer, it surprises in every season paired with cheeses, cured meats and dishes from Apulian tradition.
