The Chardonnay grape is the soul of the Ruinart Maison. Its grapes, coming mainly from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, are the core of all its Cuvées. It is mainly produced with the Premier Crus from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. On the nose, it is intensely fruity with aromas of citrus and exotic fruits. Floral notes and fleshy fruit are then perceived.
