Harvest: manual collection with the best selection of grapes. Winemaking: the must obtained from gently pressed grapes and short maceration is cooled, clarified by decantation, and then started to fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The transferred must is inoculated with yeasts selected from the Geisenheim Institute for Riesling. Fermentation follows at temperatures ranging from 16-17 °C and lasts about 20 days.
