The production of this Gin follows a very old traditional method, which includes 5 distillations, through small batches that are divided into a few numbered bottles. The distillations take place using a very old copper still known in the industry as "the Rolls Royce of stills" and, after the process, the liquid rests for at least three weeks before being bottled, to allow all the plant characteristics to merge perfectly. The base of this Gin is a neutral spirit based on grains in which, for 48 hours, the botanicals, 11 different herbs and spices, are immersed; a pleasant liqueur, a must-have for all lovers of the category.
