The gin of 7 stills. It is a brand of the Casalbor group, produced in Puerto de Santa Maria (in Cadiz, Spain) in a distillery from 200 years ago. Its name comes from Juan de Wint and Margarita de Lila, who married in Cadiz in 1646 and, from this union, a thriving maritime trade with America originated. This is a gin produced with natural ingredients: all the botanicals are separately macerated and delicately distilled in 7 small stills, each of which gives the gin different nuances. The result is a premium London dry gin that is very well balanced, incorporating Spanish tradition and Mediterranean scents.
