Aging in tonneaux for 12 months. Then in bottle for 12 months. The color is intense ruby red. On the nose it is elegant, with notes of morello cherry and raspberry well blended with ripe fruit. On the palate it is soft, enveloping, with soft tannins and good body, with acidity well balanced by tannic richness. Long finish, with an aftertaste tending toward licorice. Recommended pairing with meat first courses or mushroom risottos, red meats, roasts, game, braised dishes and aged cheeses. Recommended temperature: 18-20°C.
