On the nose it is broad and complex, with pronounced floral notes of wilted violet and peony, mixed with fruity hints of sour cherry and herbal, vegetal touches. On the palate it is deep and layered, where the delicate tannic structure and a long spicy persistence are perceived. Recommended pairing with meat first courses or risottos, red meats, roasts, grilled dishes, braised meats and well-aged cheeses. Recommended temperature: 16-18°C
