Aging for at least 24 months on the lees. The color is straw yellow with golden reflections and very fine perlage. On the nose, fragrant notes of grilled bread, yeast and minerals. On the palate it is firm and well structured, savory and deep, and finishes soft with toasted and mineral nuances. Recommended pairing with mixed appetizers especially fish, fish first courses, sushi and sashimi, fried fish or fish tartare. Recommended temperature: 8-10° C.
