On the nose it is complex, with aromas of cherry, sour cherry, small dark berries, hints of red fruit jam, vanilla and soft spices. On the palate it is harmonious, broad, with ripe fruit, soft and captivating. The finish is long, balanced and persistent. Recommended pairing with first courses with meat sauces or mushroom risottos, red meats, roasts, game, braised dishes and well-aged cheeses. Recommended temperature: 18-20° C.
