An enveloping swirl of soft butter, the sharp and crystalline hint of salt flakes, and the lingering note of reassuring, warm caramel. Part of the proceeds from each individual sale will in fact go to support Essere Animali, the nonprofit organization that for many years has been at the forefront of denouncing the hellish conditions of animals in intensive farming. PS: the product is wrapped in a PLA film, a biodegradable and compostable material derived from corn sugars. The rest is all cardboard.
