On the label: information shown on the packaging by the manufacturer. Not on the label: information that does not appear on the packaging.
Each product available on the platform is listed and sold by a partner seller identified on the product page. The platform acts as a metasearch/marketplace: it facilitates discovery and checkout, but the sale is made by the seller, who becomes responsible for the transaction.
Shipping is managed directly by the partner seller. The package is sent from the seller's warehouse or logistics network and handed over to the courier. This model enables more efficient deliveries and ensures that order management is handled by the party with actual availability of the product.
On the product page, you will find ingredients, allergens and nutritional information based on the data provided by the seller or producer, namely the official label. If you have allergies or intolerances, we recommend carefully checking the product page before purchasing and contacting the seller with any specific questions.
The platform was created to promote Italian food and make it more accessible. We select sellers in the food e-commerce sector with consistent catalogs and transparent information. Each product is associated with an identifiable seller and a complete information page: we want shopping here to mean buying with confidence.
Delivery times and costs depend on the seller and destination. At checkout, you will always find an updated delivery estimate before confirming payment. For international shipments, times may vary depending on the country and courier.

Territory Terre Rosse extra virgin olive oil is a Moraiolo monocultivar produced in Spello, in Umbria, by Azienda Agraria Hispellum. The olives grow on terraced olive groves at an altitude between 400 and 500 metres, on soils rich in stone and red earth, ideal for developing an oil rich in natural antioxidants. Biodynamic Farming The cultivation is biodynamic, without the use of herbicides or pesticides. Since 2010, it has held biodynamic certification, an achievement also reached thanks to collaboration with the University of Perugia. The quality of this production is recognised every year by the DOP Umbria Colli Assisi Spoleto, Kosher/P and organic farming certifications. The olives are harvested exclusively by hand and placed in ventilated containers, away from heat sources. Cold pressing takes place within 6 hours of harvesting. The oil is stored in stainless steel tanks in a protected atmosphere and bottled only when needed. Characteristics Green with golden-yellow tones, indicating the absence of oxidation. Intensely fruity, with pronounced herbaceous notes reminiscent of artichoke and also bitter almond, but above all the fragrance of freshly milled olives in the family olive mill. Full-bodied, with a fruity, spicy taste and a pungent sensation in the throat because it is rich in polyphenols, valuable antioxidants for health. Recommended Pairings Being a full-bodied oil with a strong, distinctive flavour and pronounced spicy and bitter notes, it adds flavour and complexity to various dishes. It is excellent on bruschetta, and ideal both for savoury, substantial dishes (grilled meats, roasts, legume soups, pasta and beans) and for dishes with sweetish flavours (potatoes or leek or onion soups).
