If Prime Uve Bianche is the expression of the vineyard from which it comes, with “Herbs and flowers” we unite the scented garden with the vineyard as well. In this bitter, which ideally represents a walk through a flowering garden, we find floral notes of geranium, rosewood, lime and cornflower, accompanied by the bitterness of nettle and fen bedstraw, and refreshed by the citrus hints of orange and cedar. The finish of the bitter is enriched by sensations of apple and pear, typical of grape brandy.
