On the nose, it features notes of walnuts, hazelnuts and toasted bread. On the palate, it is spicy and pungent, with great personality and a finish tending toward cinnamon and liquorice. Production: sustainable cultivation (HVE-certified vineyard), hand harvesting, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, malolactic fermentation, traditional cork closure and finally aging on racks for at least 3 years.
