The south-facing exposure of the Maison Charbaut parcels and the blending of 10 to 15% of wines from reserves reveal a rich Chardonnay, exuding floral notes and subtle citrus hints. The Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay from our Premier Cru vineyards to which 10 to 15% reserve wines are added. The dosage is around 8 g/liter. Aged for a minimum of seven years in the cellar.
