Afterwards, a humid and cool summer gave way to an almost tropical late August, characterized by heat and humidity, promoting the spread of gray mold on ripening Pinot Noir and Meunier vines. This scenario required an accelerated, extremely rapid harvest, accompanied by careful, precise and methodical selection, unprecedented for our Maison. Harvest took place between August 31 and September 9, 2017.
