Muscadet Vallet Cru is a high-quality gastronomic wine, produced with the utmost attention to detail in the AOP Muscadet Sevre et Maine region. The grapes used are 100% Melon de Bourgogne, grown on sandy and clay-siliceous soils with deep layers of mica schist. After mechanical harvesting at the optimum stage of ripeness, the must undergoes pneumatic pressing and cold static clarification. It is then transferred by gravity into underground glass vats, typical of the Nantes area. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in a controlled manner at 16°-17°C, and the wine matures on fine lees for at least 30 months, exceeding the required minimum of 18 months. This rigorous process helps create a Muscadet that best expresses the characteristics of the terroir and grape variety, offering a unique and unforgettable experience to those who taste it.
