This wine boasts a rich, fruity and spicy profile with a pleasant softness. The grapes are 100% Trousseau, an indigenous variety cultivated in a warm, gravelly and shallow marl terroir. In the cellar, the grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected before undergoing two weeks of maceration followed by fermentation.
