Salting is done by hand and aging - for at least 12 months - takes place at our facility in Poggio a Caiano, Tuscany. In this version, we offer it already sliced and ready to use in a tray. It is a ham with no added preservatives: only Italian pork, salt and natural flavors. Ingredients: Italian pork ham, salt, natural flavors. Gluten-free, lactose-free and free from milk derivatives.
