No added preservatives, only selected raw materials. EXPIRATION AND STORAGE: storage at -18 degrees for 12 months; once defrosted, keep at +4/+8 degrees for 7 days. PREPARATION: once completely thawed, immerse them in a pot with peanut oil and let them fry. Cooking will take about 8-10 minutes at 180°C/190°C. Product shock-frozen at origin to ensure transport and storage.
