The time spent making the dough and allowing it to rise naturally is part of the care taken to achieve its soft texture and aroma. The recipe contains no preservatives and uses top-quality raw ingredients. The pistachio coating and pieces add flavour and crunch to the surface, while butter, honey and vanilla give the base its aroma. The artisanal pistachio cream in the accompanying jar contains no palm oil or hydrogenated fats and is added when you’re ready to taste. The cream remains separate in the jar to preserve the softness and moisture of the dough. With no filling inside, the mini panettone avoids prolonged contact with cream that could absorb moisture from the dough.
