Caravaglio Infatata This wine is made from Malvasia di Lipari grapes grown in full respect of nature, in the Tricoli vineyard. The plot has a triangular shape, hence the name. The vineyard extends on the north side of the island of Salina, with a northwest exposure in an embrace toward the blue of the Mediterranean. The grapes are fermented exclusively with indigenous yeasts and at controlled temperature. Tasting notes: it presents itself as elegant at first olfactory impact: white flowers (jasmine) give way to fruit (apple, grapefruit), then aromatic herbs emerge again. The glass welcomes the true nature of the Malvasia grape. Decisive saline notes and long persistence on the palate.
