emporion.it (hereinafter, the "Platform") is a digital marketplace that connects consumers and Italian food producers. The service is managed by Drilldown S.r.l., with registered office at Viale Isonzo 8, 20135 Milan – VAT No. 12392590969. Drilldown S.r.l. is not a party to the sale contract between buyer and seller, but facilitates the transaction through its technological infrastructure.
Since products purchased through the Platform are shipped directly by individual producers, each return must be handled directly with the seller, in accordance with applicable law.
Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of product delivery, without the obligation to give reasons, subject to the exceptions provided by law (e.g. perishable or sealed products).

Does the portal handle refunds directly? No. The refund is issued by the seller; the Platform does not hold or move funds intended for customer refunds.
