Melt 180 g of chocolate (the remaining 70 will be used for the glaze later) in a double boiler or in the microwave. Combine the mashed banana, flour, and cocoa. Mix until you get a smooth, even mixture.
Pour into an 18x24 baking pan and bake:* • air fryer = 180°C x 10 minutes. • oven = 180°C x 30 minutes.
For the glaze: Combine the chocolate with the plant-based drink and melt in a double boiler or in the microwave. Drizzle over the brownies, which you will have placed on a rack, and, if desired, add a few flakes of coarse salt. Let it set in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
