Put a non-stick pan on low heat to warm up.
In a bowl, mix the flour, water, yeast and salt with a spatula until you obtain a soft but not sticky dough.
Oil the pan and increase the heat so the pan is very hot.
Using the spatula, take a piece of dough and shape it into a flatbread.
Place the flatbreads in the pan and cook for 10 minutes per side or until they are well cooked on the outside.
Cut your favorite cold cuts or prepare some chickpea hummus to enjoy the flatbreads while still warm.
