In a bowl, mix the oat flour with the water until you obtain a smooth mixture.
Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan.
Pour a ladle of the mixture into the pan and cook until the crepe is golden on both sides.
Fill as desired with dark chocolate cream and coconut or other ingredients of your choice.
