Fold the beaten egg whites into the wet mixture, gently mixing from bottom to top.
Sift the flour and combine with oatmeal flakes and baking powder, gradually incorporating them into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into an air fryer-safe mold and cook at 150°C for 30 minutes.
For the topping, mix oat drink, coconut flour, cornstarch, and sweetener, cooking on low heat until thickened.
