In a bowl, mix 25 g of chocolate protein pancake mix with 40 g of water until you achieve a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, and lightly grease it if necessary.
Pour the batter into the skillet forming a pancake of your desired size and cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook the other side (a few minutes per side).
Transfer the pancake to a plate, add yogurt and a tablespoon of sour cherry jam. Top with pieces or flakes of chocolate if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
