
A small ricotta cake, gluten-free and sugar-free, made with only three main ingredients. Ideal for breakfast or snack. The original recipe also suggests lemon zest and possibly the "delizia al limone" cream without lactose/added sugars as an accompaniment.


Preheat the air fryer to 160°C.
In a bowl, combine the ricotta, egg, and potato starch (or cornstarch). Add the grated lemon zest and mix until you have a smooth mixture.
Pour the mixture into a suitable mold for the air fryer.
Cook in the air fryer at 160°C for 25 minutes.
Let the cake cool completely before removing it from the mold and serving it.
Serve plain or accompanied by the "Delizia al limone" cream if desired.
