
Recipe for sugar-free, gluten-free, and butter-free banana bread, flavored with salted caramel-flavored oat flour and enriched with sugar-free chocolate chips.


Preheat the oven to 175°C in static mode.
Mash very ripe bananas until pureed.
In a bowl, mix the banana puree with the eggs, melted coconut oil, and Greek yogurt; mix well.
Add the flavored oat flour and baking powder, mixing until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
Incorporate the chocolate chips into the dough.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour in the dough; add some chocolate chips on top if desired.
Bake in a static oven at 175°C for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Take out of the oven and let cool before slicing.
