Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Mix well until you get a homogeneous batter.
Pour into a lightly greased cup.
Cook in an air fryer at 170°C for 15 minutes or in an oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Store in the refrigerator for 2 days
You can add a hazelnut protein cream for an extra touch!
