






Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.
Combine the chocolate mixture with the sugar and vanilla, then add the eggs one at a time plus the egg yolk.
Add a pinch of salt and the sifted dry ingredients (cocoa, flour, baking powder).
Transfer the batter to a buttered cake pan and add a few flakes of salt on top.
Bake at 180° for 25 minutes.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days.
Suitable for a 15x15 cm cake pan.
