
A simple vegan version of the classic chocolate salami: without butter and without raw eggs, ideal also for those following a vegan diet.


Melt the chocolate in a double boiler together with the coffee, stirring until you obtain a smooth cream.
Meanwhile, crumble the biscuits and chop the walnuts; transfer them to a bowl.
Combine the melted chocolate with the crumbled biscuits and walnuts, mixing everything well.
Shape the mixture into a salami and wrap it in plastic wrap, pressing it firmly.
Place the salami in the refrigerator to firm up for at least 1 hour.
Once firm, dust with plenty of powdered sugar before serving.
