In a bowl, mix the ricotta with the egg until you get a smooth mixture.
Add the cornstarch and honey, mixing well.
Add the pear cut into small cubes and combine.
Pour the mixture into a mold suitable for the air fryer.
Cook in the air fryer at 170°C for 22 minutes.
Let it cool before serving.
