
A simple recipe for making crêpes without using a scale: quantities are indicated with a glass and an egg. Ideal to fill as you like.









In a bowl, combine the egg, the glass of lukewarm milk, and the glass of flour.
Mix with a hand whisk until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.
Heat a nonstick pan and grease it lightly with butter or oil.
Pour a ladleful of batter into the hot pan, spreading it thinly, and cook the crêpe for about 1 minute per side, or until golden brown.
Repeat with the rest of the batter.
Fill the crêpes as desired and serve hot.
