












Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, combine the eggs with the sugar, sunflower oil and Greek yogurt; mix until smooth.
Add the sifted flour, unsweetened cocoa powder and baking powder; mix everything well.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips and one pear cut into very small cubes, mixing gently.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the batter into the pan.
Finish with the second pear cut into slices and arranged on top.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Test with a skewer to check if it is done.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly and then unmould the loaf cake before slicing.
