



Clean and cut the mushrooms and cook them in a pan together with the oil for about 15 minutes, salt as needed and cook over low heat. For those who like a wine note, it is possible to add half a glass of red wine.
Meanwhile cut the sausage and cook it in a pan for about 10 minutes.
Then combine the sausage in the mushroom pan, add the chopped rosemary, bay leaves and the tomatoes previously cut in half.
Cook for about 10 minutes until the water released by the mushrooms has been completely absorbed.

Store in the refrigerator for no more than 24 hours.
