
Vegan sweets, without butter, eggs or milk, made with only three ingredients: dark chocolate, puffed quinoa and coffee. Ideal for those looking for a light and quick dessert to prepare, suitable for vegans, celiacs and people intolerant to lactose.
Melt the dark chocolate with the coffee in a double boiler or in a pan over very low heat, stirring constantly.
Once the chocolate has melted, add the puffed quinoa and mix everything well.
Transfer the mixture with a teaspoon into a suitable silicone mold or paper cups.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
