Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the egg white and sugar.
Then add the seed oil and mix again.
Add the flours and baking powder and keep stirring.
Finally add the water and mix well, without any lumps, until you get a batter that is not too runny.
Pour into muffin cups and bake in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
Take them out of the oven and let them cool before serving.
Store in a cool place
