
Firm tofu, crispy and glazed with Yakisoba sauce (Otafuku). A simple and quick recipe, cooked in the air fryer to obtain a golden surface and a caramelized glaze.
Pat the tofu well with paper towels to remove excess liquid and cut it into cubes.
In a bowl, season the tofu cubes with sesame oil and cornstarch, mixing so they are well coated.
Arrange the tofu pieces in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
Cook at 200°C for 12-15 minutes, shaking or turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Transfer the golden tofu to a bowl, add the Yakisoba sauce and mix well so the cubes are coated.
Put the glazed tofu back in the air fryer for another 5 minutes at 180°C to caramelize the glaze; when done, sprinkle with sesame seeds and add scallions to taste.
