This honey comes exclusively from hives located in Basilicata, in unspoilt areas near organic farms. The ideal environment for pure, natural, exceptionally high-quality honey. The honey is extracted cold, always at temperatures below 40°C, without any heat treatment or pasteurization. This preserves all the enzymes, fragrances and natural structure of the raw honey. The beekeepers working with AmoreTerra respect the bees fully, without using antibiotics or chemicals. When necessary, only natural thymol is used, in harmony with the health of the hive. Extraction takes place without smoke, calming substances or heated blades: only gentle techniques that respect the bees and the quality of the honey.
