INGREDIENTS: Tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, basil, chili pepper, salt, garlic. Rustic texture and intense aroma, ideal for dressing any pasta shape, but also surprisingly good on pizzas, focaccia, and creative dishes. Our tip: Drain the pasta 2 minutes before the end of cooking and add it to the sauce previously warmed in a pan. Finish cooking by tossing with a little pasta water. Off the heat, add plenty of fresh basil and grated cheese to taste.
