The basil comes from small local farmers belonging to our ethical supply chain, such as Beppe Montana Cooperativa Libera Terra. The almonds, 100% Sicilian and organic, are peeled in our workshop to shorten the supply chain and ensure the utmost freshness of the product. The extra virgin olive oil is produced with cultivars typical of southeastern Sicily, such as Tonda Iblea, pressed by the Pianogrillo farm, a company in Chiaramonte Gulfi (RG).
