The Organic Syrah Wine IGP Sicily is born from organic viticulture of the Cossentino Agricultural Company, located in the hilly area of the Gulf of Castellammare. Production notes: high planting density (5000 vines/ha) and low yields guarantee the quality of the grapes, harvested only at full ripeness, strictly by hand, and gently placed in crates. For aging, 500-litre tonneaux and barrels of 10 and 20 hl are used. Tasting notes: Organic Syrah Wine IGP Sicily, with an intense violet color. On the nose, it presents a complex bouquet of spices, pepper, rosemary, red fruits, and tea. On the palate, the flavor is full and smooth, with velvety tannins. The finish is warm and enveloping.
